OneStream Live Oy allows registered users to live stream pre-recorded and real-time video content to different supported platforms.
This Privacy Policy describes how and when OneStream Live Oy collects, uses and shares your information when you use our Services. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Specifically, studio recordings created by customers located in North America and South America may be stored in Google Cloud data centers located in the United States, in order to provide reliable service performance and regional availability.
Where personal data is processed or stored outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms as required under the GDPR.

Access Tokens
When you authorize OneStream Live to stream to supported third-party platforms, we store access tokens provided by those platforms. These tokens identify the permissions you have given us and allow us to act on your behalf for streaming purposes only. We do not have access to your usernames, passwords, or other login credentials for those platforms.
Log Data
When you visit or use the Services, our servers may automatically record information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Service, Country and state where you are accessing our webpage from, pages of our Service that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Service, your subscription plan, and technical diagnostics. This data is used for service operation, analytics, security, and customer support. For example, some of this information is visible to our support agents and they can quickly help you without asking for basic details about your browser and system etc. We also use this information to verify that visitors to the Service meet the criteria required to process their requests.
Content
Users may upload content such as videos, text (titles, descriptions), and images (thumbnails, profile pictures). This content is required to deliver the streaming functionality and display usage history in the OneStream Live dashboard. Uploaded content is stored securely in the EU/EEA. We do not scan, edit, or modify user content except as necessary to provide the Services. Access to stored video content is restricted to authorized personnel for support and operational purposes only.

We use cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, analyze usage, monitor aggregate usage by OneStream Users and web traffic routing on the Service and support marketing activities where permitted. You can manage your cookie preferences via our cookie consent tools. Disabling cookies may limit certain Service features. Analytics and Streaming History
When you stream videos using our Services we automatically record information that we can use to provide you different statistics, to make sure you comply with the video size/format requirements and keep track of your streaming history so that your streaming history is visible in OneStream Live’s dashboard. Information collection includes, but is not limited to, video size, video format, video title, date and time when video was streamed, video length, name of platforms video is streamed to and name of social accounts (Facebook Pages, Groups etc.) where the video is streamed. We also keep a history of all your video streaming activity. We keep the URL of your streams on the platforms where it is streamed (for analytics purpose), but not the actual video. For example, if you stream your video to YouTube and Twitch we store a URL of your video on YouTube and Twitch. The privacy settings of the video you have streamed apply to us, just as they apply to any other normal internet user.

You may submit data to us for limited purposes such as requesting customer support; answering a questionnaire; participating in a study; entering contests or sweepstakes; or signing up to receive communications from us or another user.
We use trusted third-party service providers (“Service Providers” or “Subprocessors”) to help us operate and deliver the Services (for example: hosting, content delivery, analytics, monitoring, customer support, marketing, and payment processing).
Service Providers may process personal data on our behalf only to perform services for us and are contractually required to protect personal data and use it only under our instructions. Where required under GDPR, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as data processing agreements and, for transfers outside the EU/EEA, Standard Contractual Clauses).

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active. Uploaded videos, if unused, may be automatically deleted based on your subscription plan. Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
