Guidelines for affiliate conduct and platform usage.
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between you (the “Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) and OneStream Live Oy (Business ID 2633655-7), domiciled in Espoo, Finland (“OneStream Live”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By applying to or participating in the OneStream Live Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
The OneStream Live Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote OneStream Live using their unique referral link and to earn commission on qualifying subscription purchases made in accordance with these Terms. Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to our review, approval, and ongoing compliance with these Terms.
Your participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to our review and approval. Once you accept this agreement, you’ll officially become part of our affiliate program, allowing you to begin sharing your affiliate link and earning lucrative commissions immediately.
Your affiliate dashboard is unique to you. It contains everything you’ll need to promote our site and our product, including:
• Your affiliate referral link: the unique URL you place on your site or promote through other channels.
• One-click sharing to WhatsApp, social media and email.
• Important affiliate performance statistics, including clicks, sign-ups, referrals, and total payouts to date.
• Banner ads and more sharing resources.
Please note that affiliate statistics, referral activity, commissions, and payout-related data may take up to 24 hours to update and appear accurately in your Affiliate Dashboard.

You will receive commission on monthly and yearly subscription purchases made through your unique referral link.
Yearly Subscriptions
For each yearly subscription purchased through your unique referral link, you will receive a commission equal to 25% of the subscription value. This commission will be distributed on a pro-rata monthly basis across 12 months and will not continue beyond that period. If the subscription is cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, any unpaid commission may be withheld, and any credited commission may be adjusted accordingly.
For monthly subscriptions purchased through your unique referral link, you will receive 25% recurring commission on each valid monthly payment. The commission on monthly subscriptions is payable for up to 12 months from the initial purchase date, provided the subscription remains active, and all payments remain valid.
General Commission Rules
Commission will only be paid where:
• The customer purchased through your referral link
• The purchase was completed within the applicable 60-day referral tracking window
• The payment is not refunded, reversed, disputed, cancelled, or charged back
Commission eligibility for a referred customer ends upon the earliest of the following:
• Completion of the applicable commissionable period of 12 months from the paying customer’s initial purchase date
• The customer cancels the subscription
• The customer’s payment fails, is refunded, reversed, or charged back
• The account is found to be in violation of our affiliate terms
Affiliate commission will not be processed without a withdrawal request. You can request withdrawal of your earnings after you have:
• earned at least $50 in approved commissions, and
• at least 2 paying customers who purchased through your affiliate link
All withdrawal requests must be submitted through your Affiliate Dashboard. A commission is available for withdrawal only once 30 days have elapsed since the associated purchase was made. This is to make sure that commissions are not paid on refunded purchases. All withdrawal requests are processed in the first week of the next month following the withdrawal request.
You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive commission on your own accounts. Self-referral may lead to permanent termination of your affiliate account.
Referral tracking expires 60 days after the customer first clicks your affiliate link. This means that if a customer clicks your affiliate link and is redirected to our website, the customer must purchase a subscription within 60 days for the referral to be credited to you.
Payments will only be made through PayPal. No other payment methods are supported. You must have a valid PayPal account to qualify for the OneStream Live Affiliate Program. Any PayPal fees, deductions, or related charges will not be paid by OneStream Live.
You are responsible for the payment of all taxes applicable to the commission you receive.
We may update or modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by reasonable electronic means, including email, in-app notification, or by posting the updated terms on our website. Unless otherwise stated, the updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice or when posted. By continuing to participate in the Affiliate Program after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop participating in the Affiliate Program and terminate your affiliate account before the updated Terms take effect. Any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
Your affiliate application and status in our Affiliate Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons if you:
• Engage in inappropriate advertising, such as making false claims or sharing misleading hyperlinks.
• Engage in spamming, including mass email, mass postings to forums or newsgroups, or similar activities.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Offer rebates, coupons, or other forms of promised kickbacks from your affiliate commission as an incentive.
• Fail to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations or any applicable state laws.
• Use coupons and deal sites.
• Share your affiliate link on websites that:
1. Promote sexually explicit materials, violence, or illegal activities.
2. Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
3. Include “OneStream Live” or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name
4. Are otherwise unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
5. Contain software, scripts, or technology that may divert commissions from other affiliates.
Furthermore, in addition to the aforementioned provisions, OneStream Live retains the authority to terminate any Affiliate account without prior notice, either for breaches of this Agreement or without specifying a reason. Moreover, in the event of suspension, we may withhold unpaid commissions while we investigate suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or other conduct that may invalidate those commissions. If your account undergoes termination for any reason, commissions for pending transactions will not be remitted, and any owed funds and pending distributions will be marked as invalid.
During the term of this Agreement, in the event that we make our trademark and/or logo available to you within the Affiliate dashboard, you may use our trademark and/or logo as long as you follow the usage requirements in this section.
You must:
• Only use the trademark, logo, and brand assets we make available to you without altering them in any way.
• Only use our trademarks/logo in connection with the Affiliate Program and this agreement, and
• Immediately comply if we request that you discontinue use.
You must:
• Use our trademark/logo in a misleading or disparaging way.
• Use our trademark/logo in a way that implies we endorse, sponsor, or approve of your services or products.
• use our trademark/logo in violation of applicable law or in connection with an obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic or material.
You are allowed to use the graphics available in your affiliate dashboard for display on your website and in your communications.
If you share our affiliate assets and ad links to any third-party website/service, you are solely responsible for making sure it does not violate the third party’s Terms and Conditions.
OneStream Live occasionally provides exclusive coupons to certain affiliates and newsletter subscribers. If you haven’t been pre-approved or assigned a specific branded coupon, you are not permitted to promote said coupon.
• Unauthorized promotion of coupons or usage of deal sites is strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates must not use misleading text or advertise unauthorized deals.
• Bidding on terms like “OneStream Live Coupons” is not permitted.
• Generating pop-ups, iframes, or setting cookies without clear user interest is prohibited.
• Affiliate sites should not falsely advertise deals that aren’t available.
• Violation of these guidelines will result in immediate removal from the program.
We will not be liable to you with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, loss of revenue or goodwill or anticipated profits or lost business), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Further, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement, in no event shall OneStream Live’s cumulative liability to you arising out of or related to this agreement, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability, tort, or other legal or equitable theory, exceed the total commission fees paid to you under this agreement.
Also, we shall not be held accountable for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of revenue or commissions resulting from affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any outcomes arising from intentional harm to the Program and/or our website(s).
You will indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless, at your expense, against any third-party claim, suit, action, or proceeding (each, an “Action”) brought against us (and our officers, directors, employees, agents, service providers, licensors, and affiliates) by a third party not affiliated with us to the extent that such Action is based upon or arises out of:
• Your participation in the Affiliate Program
• Our use of the prospect data you provided us
• Your noncompliance with or breach of this agreement
• Your use of the Affiliate dashboard, or
• Your use of our logo, trademarks, or other brand assets.
We will:
• notify you in writing within thirty (30) days of our becoming aware of any such claim
• give you sole control of the defense or settlement of such a claim and
• provide you (at your expense) with any and all information and assistance reasonably requested by you to handle the defense or settlement of the claim.
You shall not accept any settlement that:
• imposes an obligation on us
• requires us to make an admission or
• imposes liability not covered by these indemnifications or places restrictions on us without our prior written consent.
The OneStream Live service, website, Affiliate Program, Affiliate Dashboard, and all related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneStream Live disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non-infringement
• uninterrupted or error-free operation
OneStream Live does not guarantee that the website, service, affiliate tracking, or payout systems will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Any failure by OneStream Live to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights.
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict of laws principles. The courts of Helsinki, Finland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
