YouTube Existing Events
You can now view your upcoming scheduled YouTube events directly from your OneStream Live Dashboard. When navigating to YouTube from OneStream Live, you will be presented with two options:
- Select a scheduled event
- Initiate the creation of a new event
Opting for the latter is straightforward – simply choose YouTube. However, for those opting to use an existing event, a window will appear, showcasing all available upcoming YouTube events for quick and easy selection.
Here’s a breakdown of the feature:
- Event Overview: You can effortlessly view YouTube event details, including date, time, and privacy settings, presented in a user-friendly overlay.
- Event Selection: You have the flexibility to choose any event that hasn’t been assigned to an existing OneStream event.
- Reservation System: Once a YouTube event is assigned, it becomes reserved for OneStream events, indicated by an orange border in the UI. You cannot reselect an assigned event unless it’s canceled or deleted, ensuring seamless management.
- Flexibility with Reserved Events: You retain the ability to select a reserved event in the event of cancellation or deletion.
For No Existing YouTube Events: Streamline Event Creation
- If there are no existing YouTube events, a gray button to create a new event will be displayed.
- Clicking the button will redirect you seamlessly to YouTube, streamlining the event creation process.
The All-New OneStream Live Affiliate Program
We are super excited to introduce significant improvements to our Affiliate Program. We’ve transitioned from offering a one-time commission of 55% to a recurring commission structure of 25%, representing a strategic shift geared towards ensuring long-term mutual success. This evolution allows our affiliates to benefit continuously from their referrals, receiving a percentage of each recurring payment made by referred customers. This move not only incentivizes sustained engagement but also fosters a more sustainable and rewarding partnership, aligning with our commitment to establishing enduring relationships and maximizing mutual growth opportunities.
All you need to do is copy your unique referral link and share it with your circle of family and friends. Whenever someone purchases a paid plan from OneStream Live, you will get a recurring commission on this purchase every month.
But there’s a slight catch here: you will now have to sign up to OneStream Live to be able to become an affiliate.
- All existing affiliates will have to sign up for a OneStream Live account using the same email they previously registered as an affiliate with. So, when they log into their OneStream Live dashboard, they will be able to view all their previous performance. However, if they have already registered with OneStream Live with another email, they may request us for an account merge.
- All new OneStream users can simply become affiliates by clicking Affiliate Program in your OneStream dashboard. You will be prompted to agree to the Terms & Conditions, after which you will be able to access your unique referral link. You can copy and share your link and start earning.
Here are the program details:
- Affiliates will now receive 25% recurring commission on every purchase made through their unique referral link.
- The affiliates will continue to receive this commission every month until the user (who purchased through their link) stays with us on the paid plan.
- The affiliates can effortlessly access the affiliate data and promotional assets directly within their OneStream Live dashboard.
- The affiliates can manually withdraw their commission amount at any time they desire, given that:
- They have at least $50 in their unpaid balance
- They have at least 2 paying customers in their portfolio
